Talmage, LLC and affiliates (“Talmage”) has made over $10 billion of commercial real estate debt and commercial mortgage backed securities (CMBS) investments and completed over $40 billion of complex debt restructuring and recapitalization assignments. Our three main businesses are outlined below.

INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT

Over the years, Talmage has made investments in vehicles including: private equity funds, separately managed accounts, collateralized debt obligations and an interval fund.

LOAN SERVICING

We are a CMBS and private loan servicer. We provide highly customized loan servicing for large and complex transactions.

ADVISORY

We offer highly customized Advisory services on large and complex commercial real estate transactions such as loan originations, restructurings, recapitalizations and bankruptcies. Typically, we represent creditors and offer structuring, recapitalization and valuation support.
